Teenagers are in a phase of life that can be extremely exciting as well as highly challenging and tumultuous, a time of clarifying values and directions, of making difficult choices about school, career, friends, family and future. It is a time of asking important questions such as "Who am I?", "Who do I want to be?" and "What do I want to do?"

questions, she helps people to make their own decisions, work through conflicts and struggles, and clarify their direction in life. She believes in possibilities and pursuing dreams.
Private coaching sessions can be held in person or by telephone for 60 or 90 minutes each and can be scheduled as often as you choose. Rates are $85/hour.
